§1 General Provisions And Definitions
1. These Terms of Use [Terms of Use], sets out the rules and conditions for the use of the multi-topic Internet forum "Techrooms.eu", in particular the rights and obligations of the Forum Administrator, Forum Moderators and Forum Users.
2. Using the Forum actively or passively signifies acceptance of the Terms of Use.
3. the Forum is intended for persons who: are at least 16 years old and have full legal capacity or, if necessary, a designated legal guardian who has given the appropriate consent.
4. the Forum has been created as a platform for the exchange of thoughts, opinions, views, information and content. The guiding principle of the Forum is respect for another User and his/her worldview.
5. Forum Administrator - an entity with the highest authority on the Forum, responsible for the functioning of the Forum in accordance with applicable law, maintaining the information system and the Forum in an appropriate technical condition.
6. Forum Moderator - a person responsible for maintaining order and order on the Forum and for compliance of the content present on the Forum with the Rules.
7. Forum Users are divided into:
Passive Users, i.e. those who, for various reasons, did not fully register in the Forum system, accepted the Regulations and acquired the right to use certain functions of the Forum, in particular to browse/read the content set aside by the Administrator.
Active users, i.e. those who have made a complete registration
in the Forum system, accepted the Terms of Use and obtained the right to use all functions and sections of the Forum, in particular to have and use the User Account. 8.
8. User Account - a separate memory space in the Forum information system described by unique: login and password, together with other identification data provided during registration. A User Account consists of a profile and an image, e.g. including an Avatar, Signature, Rank and other data. Other data, e.g. a brief description of the User, may also be voluntarily included in the User Account. 9.
9. Avatar - graphic displayed next to the User ID, introduced by an active User, with dimensions and file size determined by the Forum Administrator.
10. Entry - a single statement related to a selected topic.
11. signature - a text signature displayed below an entry.
12. Rank - an indicator revealing the number of entries made by an active User. Rank includes:

Explorer (400-700 Points)
Contributor (700-900 Points)
Enthusiast (900-1250 Points)
Collaborator (1250-1800 Points)
Community Regular (1800-2500 Points)

Proficient (3800-5100 Points)
Experienced (5100-9000 Points)
Mentor (9000-12500 Points)
Veteran (12500-20000 Points)
Grand Master (20000+ Points)
13. Ban - A permanent or temporary ban on access to the Forum for a specific active or passive User or IP address of a specific computer, imposed by the Forum Administrator or Moderator due to proven repeated violations of the Terms of Use.
14. Warning - A penalty for a single violation of the Terms of Use imposed by a Forum Administrator, Moderator, or team member.
15. Private Message (PM) - A one-time message that an active User may send to another active User via the Forum, provided that the recipient (active User) has not protected their email address privacy.
16. Copying, modifying, distributing, publicly displaying, reprinting, licensing, selling, exchanging, or transferring the content and data of the Forum or its components without the written consent of the Administrator is strictly prohibited.
§2 Payment for using the Forum
1. The use of the Forum is free of charge.
2.Some functions of the Forum may only work in the premium version.
§3 Registration
1. Each user has the right to create one user account. Any subsequent account, except for the rules for appealing against penalties and bans, will be considered a multi-account and will be immediately banned permanently.
2. The active user has the right to request the deletion of their user account at any time by sending a request via email to the following email address: [email protected]. The account will be immediately deleted by the Forum Administrator.
3. During the registration process, the Passive User is required to:
a. Provide a User ID of their choice ("Display Name").
b. Enter an email address.
c. Provide and confirm a unique password.
d. Answer the registration question.
e. Enter a unique security code.
The user can register using the email provider: google,microsoft,protonmail.The rest of the emails are not available on our service.
Successful completion of the registration process changes the User's status to Active User.
4. The Forum allows the User to change the password at any time after the first successful login.
5. During registration, the User is obligated to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information.
6. By completing the registration process and changing their status to Active User, the User has the option to agree to the Administrator's use of their information for marketing purposes and to receive messages about the functioning and changes of the Forum.
§4 Reservations
1. The Administrator reserves the right to reach out to the active User for verification of contact information or to address any questions regarding the operation of the Forum, if there is a valid reason.
2. The Administrator shall not be held liable for damages or interruptions to the operation of the Forum caused by acts of nature or the actions or omissions of telecommunication operators.
3. The Administrator shall not be responsible for the failure of the User's IT system or software to meet the requirements of the Forum.
4. The Administrator shall not be held liable for damages resulting from actions that violate International or local law by Users or third parties.
5. The Administrator shall not be held responsible for damages resulting from actions of Users that contravene the Terms of Use.
6. The Administrator reserves the right to make periodic interruptions in the operation of the Forum, especially for maintenance purposes.
7. The Administrator reserves the right to make modifications and improvements to the functionality and appearance of the Forum at any time.
8. The Administrator reserves the right to conduct marketing activities on the Forum.
9. The Administrator reserves the right to collect anonymous and grouped data on the usage and popularity of the Forum.
10. In the event of a valid reason that prevents the operation of the Forum, the Administrator reserves the right to terminate its operation within 7 days, if the issue cannot be resolved. Information about the event will be immediately posted at the following link: www.techrooms.eu.
11. Servers Techrooms.eu does not store any files shared by users of the site, any packages with files to be downloaded are made available only from external sites. Excluded: Profile Photos or files accepted by admin.
§5 Rules For Posting
1. The administration reminds users to comply with relevant copyright laws.
2. It is mandatory for users to use to scan any rar,zip,exe,etc files.... on www.virustotal.com before posting them on the forums.
3. Before creating a new topic, the Administrator suggests checking whether the requested topic has already been created. Duplicate topics will be deleted by the Forum Administrator or Moderators.
4. The administration suggests organizing posts into the appropriate subject categories.
5. The administration discourages copying posts from the Forum to other forums or posting in multiple categories.
6. The administration encourages clear and concise posting.
7. The administration encourages proper use of English spelling and grammar.
8. The administration encourages following "Netiquette" when making posts.
9. The administration reminds users to follow any additional rules or guidelines listed in specific sections of the Forum, with these guidelines taking precedence over general rules.
10. The administration prohibits buying, selling, or trading in any form, including virtual items, except in designated sections with specific terms and conditions.
§6 Additional Provisions
1. It is strictly prohibited to post on the Forum, User Account, or messages addressed to the Administrator, or to transmit through the Forum, materials and content that violate applicable international and local law, social norms, and good manners, as well as content that is vulgar, obscene, considered taboo, generally offensive, infringing on the personal rights of others, inciting criminal behavior, promoting violence, racism, verbal aggression, and morally reprehensible, as well as advertising that is prohibited by law, such as gambling, alcohol, tobacco products, drugs, prescription drugs, and others that are prohibited by international or local law. In the event of such an occurrence, the Administrator will immediately notify the relevant law enforcement authorities.
2. It is strictly prohibited to empty post on the Forum, User Account, or in messages sent to the Forum or Administrator.
3. It is strictly prohibited to place links to external websites on the User Account.
4. Active users have the right to place links to external sites in the designated sections and places on the Forum.
5. Using materials obtained from the Forum or through the Forum for commercial purposes, especially sending unsolicited commercial information, is strictly prohibited.
6. Any actions that violate users' privacy are strictly prohibited.
7. Exploiting gaps or errors in the Forum is strictly prohibited. If a vulnerability is discovered, the User is obligated to report it to the Administrator. Failure to report or exploiting a vulnerability, in the event of disclosure or reasonable suspicion, will result in permanent account blocking as an action to the detriment of the Forum.
8. The Administrator reserves the right to block and/or delete a User Account containing content that is in violation of the Terms of Use or applicable international or local law. Subsequent communication with the Forum from a computer with an identified IP address will also be blocked.
9. In the event of a claim by a third party regarding data published by a User, the User is obliged to submit a written statement within a maximum of 7 days, confirming the ownership of the copyright in these materials and granting permission to the Forum to post and use them in accordance with the Rules.
10. In the event that a third party proves a claim against the copyrighted data, materials, or links published by the User, they will be immediately and unconditionally removed from the Forum and the Administrator will add the annotation: "Removed due to a legitimate claim by a Third Party."
It may take 30 working days from the time of notification to process such a request.
§7 Complaint Procedure
1. Every Forum User has the right to file a complaint regarding the operation of the Forum.
2. Complaints should be submitted electronically to the Administrator's email address: [email protected].
3. The Administrator will review the complaint within 30 business days from the date of receipt.
4. The response to the complaint will be sent to the User at the email address provided in the complaint.
5. The Administrator reserves the right to request additional information from the User in order to fully consider the complaint. This may extend the time required to review the complaint.
§8 Warnings And Bans
1. A record of imposed warnings is maintained by the Forum Administrator. An active user has the right to inquire about the number of warnings imposed on them at any time.
2. In individual and justified cases, the Forum Administrator has the right to impose a temporary or permanent ban for repeated or serious violations of the Forum rules.
3. The Forum Administrator reserves the right to impose a permanent ban without providing a reason.
4. The Forum Administrator also reserves the right to immediately delete a user's account without providing a reason.
§9 Final Provisions
1. The Forum takes the utmost care to ensure that the system operates continuously and without any malfunctions.
2. The Forum reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time. Users of the Forum will be notified of any changes to the Terms of Use on the Forum's website or upon logging into their User Account, and will be given the option to accept or reject the updated Terms of Use, which could result in the deletion of their existing User Account and restriction of access to most of the Forum's content and functions (excluding browsing) if they choose to reject the new terms.
